What is it?

This is a two-part practical workshop designed to give you the tools you need to elevate your business.

Part one: Build the board you always wanted, led by Faraday, focused on giving you the knowledge you need to start a high-performance advisory and/or governance board for solving your strategy, organisation and ownership problems.

Part two Build the leadership team of your dreams led by Sprout, a practical workshop designed to give business leaders/owners what they need to create a connected, aligned, effective leadership team that will drive the business into the next stage of growth.

Part one 1.25 hour workshop which provides participants with:

• An understanding of the similarities and differences between governance and advisory boards
• Best practice in establishing and operating the board you always wanted
