Auckland, New Zealand - Faraday & Company, specialists in establishing and managing Professional Advisory Boards for small and mid-market companies, today announced Rick Ellis has joined the firm as an Advisory Board Chair.
"Rick has served on many advisory boards and held directorships for a range of private companies in the food, property development, engineering, import and distribution, share-broking, investment advisory, venture capital and not-for-profit sectors”, said Faraday & Company director Henry Lynch. Ellis comes from an operational background having started on the factory floor in the printing and packaging trade, then attending business college in the US. He went on to hold a variety of general management positions during his executive career, has extensive professional director experience, and during his early years as a member of the New Zealand Stock Exchange, dealt with many of the countries growth companies. “I think the professional advisory board framework provides access to knowledge, skills and experience that small and mid-market companies need to make important strategic decisions in these unprecedented times” said Ellis.
