Auckland, New Zealand - Faraday, specialists in establishing and managing Professional Advisory Boards for small and mid-market companies, today announced Wellington-based Laura Humphreys has joined the firm as professional advisory board chair.
Having founded, grown and created successful exits from her own businesses, Laura knows first hand the pressures and challenges that face small to mid market companies and their owners. She has spent the past ten years working with companies across a spectrum of industries, helping to ensure their strategies maximise the growth and therefore the value of the business.
Laura’s advisory experience ranges from formal governance on the board of large crown entity through to advisor, chair and mentor to some of NZ’s fast 50 growth companies. Her strengths lie in an ability to facilitate the clarity needed for leadership teams to make smart strategic decisions, and ensure their successful execution.
Faraday Co-Founder Craig Richardson said the firm had a growing number of clients and requests for services in the lower North Island and Laura would be leading Faraday's expansion in the region.
